How do I book a party rental from Capital Events Austin?
You can book online 24/7 at book your party rental online. Select your event date, choose your rentals, and complete checkout with a 25% deposit. You can also call or text (512) 774-5377 Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for a same-day quote and phone booking.
Is a deposit required to book a party rental?
Yes. All orders require a 25% deposit paid by credit card at the time of booking. This deposit secures your date and equipment. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Your deposit amount is shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Is the deposit refundable if I cancel?
The 25% deposit is nonrefundable. However, if you need to cancel, your deposit converts to a raincheck credit valid for one year from the original event date and can be applied to any future rental. If additional payments beyond the deposit have been made, those also convert to raincheck credit rather than being refunded.
What happens if I need to cancel due to weather?
Weather cancellations follow the same policy: the deposit is nonrefundable but converts to a raincheck credit valid for one year. If weather is a concern on your event day, call us as early as possible at (512) 774-5377 so we can work with you on rescheduling before our delivery crew is dispatched.
How far in advance should I book my party rentals?
For backyard birthday parties and small gatherings, 2 to 3 weeks in advance is usually sufficient.
