How far in advance do I need to book?
For backyard birthday parties and small gatherings, 2 to 3 weeks in advance is usually enough to secure your preferred equipment. School carnivals and church festivals should book 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Large festivals and multi-category corporate events are best booked 8 to 12 weeks out. Same-day availability does occasionally come up. Call to check.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. A deposit is required to secure your booking date, with the balance due before delivery. Online bookings are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for my venue?
Yes. Capital Events Austin carries $1M+ general liability insurance on all operations. We issue certificates of insurance to schools, churches, municipalities, corporate campuses, and private venues on request, typically within 24 hours of confirmed booking. Just let us know when you reach out that a COI is required.
Do you deliver outside your listed service area?
Sometimes, particularly for larger festival builds, multi-category corporate events, and school carnival packages. If your city is not on our standard service area list, call us at (512) 774-5377 and we will let you know if we can accommodate your location and what the delivery fee would be.
